In America Productions proudly presents a bold new musical which dares to take on some of the hottest issues of today, including education, immigration, racism, and wealth distribution, through 18 wonderful and memorable songs. Drawing inspiration from such classic musicals as Fiddler on the Roof and West Side Story, In America offers audiences a modern look at immigration, focusing on one aspect of the journey rarely seen by Americans who grow up in the USA, and that is these newcomers’ quest to learn English as a new language in order to adapt to their new life and culture as best as possible.
In America hopes to stage a theatrical or filmed production of this important new musical to share with audiences everywhere. With a nod to joy and topicality, In America hopes to deliver an inspiring drama to the public which showcases not only memorable musical numbers but presents powerful performances that reflect the optimism of the world and celebrates the vast diversity of America while providing a musical outlet to consider the many weighty issues it addresses in a new light.

In America’s opening number from the new show is called The Education Song, an homage to that great institution of learning for whom all who enter its hallowed doors in search of higher learning are welcome.
